Roll Safe, Roll Smart

At Getcha Roll On, your safety and enjoyment are our top priorities. We’re committed to creating an experience that’s fun, memorable, and safe for everyone on board. Please review the following policies before your ride so we can keep the good times rolling without a hitch. 🚴‍♂️✨

  • Listen to Your Captain: Each ride is led by a trained driver/captain who ensures a safe and smooth experience. Please follow all instructions before, during, and after the ride.

    • Stay Seated: Riders must remain seated while the bike is in motion. Standing, leaning, or switching seats while moving is not permitted.

    • Hands & Feet Inside: For your safety, please keep hands, arms, and legs inside the bike at all times during the ride.

    • Drink Responsibly: While BYOB is welcome, we ask that all riders consume alcohol responsibly. Over-intoxication is grounds for removal from the ride without a refund.

    • All riders must be 21 years or older to participate.

    • Riders who plan to drink alcohol must be 21+ and carry a valid government-issued photo ID.

    • The captain reserves the right to deny boarding to anyone without proper identification.

    • Bring your favorite beverages, but please no glass containers — cans or plastic bottles only.

    • Hard liquor may be restricted depending on local ordinances. Check with us before your ride.

    • Open containers must remain on the bike at all times and cannot be carried off at stops.

    • Full refunds are available for cancellations made at least 7 days before your scheduled ride.

    • Cancellations made 3–6 days before the ride may be eligible for a credit toward a future booking.

    • Cancellations made within 48 hours of your ride are non-refundable.

    • If you need to reschedule, contact us as soon as possible — we’ll do our best to accommodate you!

  • Your safety always comes first. In the event of severe weather (such as heavy rain, thunderstorms, or unsafe conditions), we may reschedule your ride at no cost or offer a credit toward a future booking. Light rain doesn’t stop the fun — just bring your rain gear and let’s roll!

  • Please arrive 15–20 minutes early for check-in and loading. Late arrivals may result in a shortened ride time or forfeiture of your booking without refund. We roll on schedule to keep all our rides running smoothly.

  • We maintain a zero tolerance policy for aggressive behavior, public intoxication, illegal substances, or failure to follow safety instructions. Violations may result in immediate removal from the ride without refund.
